Speaking on Results Based Manageement (RBM) a Resource Person explained the “contribution and attribution” I thought

I will make a cake

Purchasing flour, butter and sugar

Eggs anyway come from hens

If I mix the batter as per the requirements

Bake the cake at right temperature

Still the ckae is stale with no taste

am I held responsible

as I do not control

the quality of the products

that available in the markets

In the similar way

Even when an organization

Formulate a strategy

Rethinking on processes products and services

To achieve desired results

Unfortunately the outcome

Might not be as expected

As there are many factors

That are unforseen and risks
